Healthy lifestyle:
- you should do excersises,
- you should go for a walk,
- you should sleep eight hours,
- you should ride a bike,
- you can run with your dog,
- you can go to the fitness club,
- you can dance,
- you should swim,
- you shouldn't watch a lot of TV,
- you can jogging,
- you shouldn't spend a lot of time in front of computer,
- you shoudn't read when is dark,
- you should protect your skin before the sun.
Healthy diet:
- you should drink a lot of still water ( two liters a day),
- you shouldn't eat fast food,
- you should eat many vegetables and fruit,
- you should eat a lot of fish,
- you should eat white meal,
- you shouldn't eat sweets,
- you shouldn't drink many coffee,
- you should eat yoghurts,
- you should drink milk,
- you should eat breakfast- this is the most important meal,
- you shouldn't drink beer,
- you shouldn't smoke cigarette,
- you shouldn't eat a lot of fat food,
- you should eat five or six meals of the day,
- you should use less sugar, oil and sald,
- you can eat slow.
